Southland Fish Supplies are a fish wholesaler and processor in Eden, New South Wales that supplies most of southern New South Wales. Generally they process around 10 - 12 different types of fish daily with its main local trawled catches including Ling, Flathead, Redfish, John Dory, Mirror Dory, Spiky Dory, Morwong, Ocean Perch, octopus, squid, Silver Warehou and Blue Warehou.
Although a processor, Southland Fish Supplies offers the public the chance to watch the efficient art of fish filleting through their viewing window as well as catering to occasional bus or school tours.
